ABOUT THE KENDRA
Mr. Nand Kishore Nanda
(Founder & Director)
Kriti Kala Kendra is an art and theatre group founded by Mr. Nand Kishore Nanda in 1985. Since 1987, the group has been dedicated to staging Ramlila in Delhi, bringing the timeless story of the Ramayana to life through theatre and performing arts.
Over the years, Kriti Kala Kendra has staged Ramlila at DCM Colony (1987–1992), Trinagar (1993), Karol Bagh (1994–2007), Shivaji Enclave (2008), and Vrindavan (2011). Since 2009, the group has continued this tradition in East Punjabi Bagh.
The group brings together artists skilled in direction, acting, dance, singing, and various other performing arts, backed by years of experience and dedication. Every member contributes their talent selflessly and responsibly, driven by a shared commitment to preserving cultural heritage and serving society through art.
